Belgium’s UBA carries the "Royal" title and runs one of Europe’s tidiest QSL bureaus. The ON prefix is a fixture of every contest weekend, and Belgian amateurs were early adopters of the microwave bands — a lot of pioneering 10 GHz work came out of this small, dense, antenna-restricted country, proving you don’t need space to innovate.
