Amateur radio here

Spain’s URE dates from 1949, and EA stations bring a distinctly warm operating style to the bands — long ragchews are a national art form. The country also contributes three separate DXCC entities beyond the mainland: the Balearics, the Canaries and Ceuta & Melilla, making Spanish operators generous suppliers of new ones for beginners.

National society: URE (Unión de Radioaficionados Españoles), 1949

No EA-EH in my logbook yet. This page is waiting — if that is your prefix and you hear a weak UB3BIJ calling, please come back to me. 1-5 W QRP needs friendly ears.
